COMMON QUESTIONS
For our Realty Lending Network: As the Branch Manager, you are an employee of iServe and receive the net profit from your Branch loan production. This has been fully reviewed by our legal counsel and is compliant with all legal and regulatory agencies. The timing and structure of the distributions can be set up to best meet your objectives.
For our Producing Agent Model: Your are NMLS licensed and an employee of iServe. This is fully compliant.
Although every State can have its own rules, a dedicated and secure facility is normally required. The size is dependent upon the number of employees who will occupy the Branch.
iServe will provide all disclosures necessary as may be required by both State and Federal agencies.
NMLS licensing is required for producing Originators.
In many States, licensing for a non-producing Branch Manager is not required.
There are annual CE requirements to maintain your NMLS licensing.
The branch manager maintains control over the branch expenses to assure a net income flow. Expenses can vary depending upon many unique factors for each branch. For example: rent, utilities, number of employees, marketing, entertainment, and equipment can vary between branches. IServe will provide the necessary support for these decisions throughout the process.

Your monthly account detail will provided the accounting necessary for any losses should they occur. Your net profit each month will have been adjusted for any of those previous losses. Remember, iServe will be working with you every step of the way to help assure ongoing monthly net profit.
